The site for this 140000ft2 (13006m2) office development situated adjacent Leeds Station and the River Aire and was the undeveloped property fronting City Square, at the centre of Leeds commercial district.

Solution
Essential to the effective and safe delivery of the project was close collaboration with the client, the local authority, and Network Rail to define a least disruption programme of works. This was enabled by our ability to provide a crane to meet the de-rating requirement of Network Rail, and the ability of our experienced operations team to come up with the best logistical plan to ensure minimum disruption to this busy commercial neighbourhood.
The programme of works was modified to allow erection of one crane on to the core to remove the crane blocked by the building.
All this was delivered on a small footprint site without interruption of the commercial life of the city.
