561 private homes, 207 affordable homes, comprising of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Leisure facilities include a Sky Lounge located at top floor of river fronting building. Ballymore Construction Services Ltd. (BCSL) has been appointed as the Construction Manager for the project.

Solution
LTC contacted the manufacture and requested 4 new large saddle cranes that would lift the large pre-cast panels that the client required. We also used our in-house CAD department to design a scheme where the saddles did not clash or interfere with the airport.
