Client Brief
667 high-quality, Build to Rent residential apartments, ancillary indoor and outdoor amenity space, Sky lounge and rooftop Bar, cycle storage and associated hard and soft landscaping. Scheme consists of 2 blocks 51 and 17 storeys containing 527 apartments and 140 respectively.
Challenge
Solution
Using our in-house CAD department, pre-construction and operations team we used our experience and highly flexible crane fleet to produce a scheme that allowed us to climb to 157.0m with 4 ties. We also used our established relationship with the crane manufacturer to reduce the OOS Radius to ensure zero crane clash.
