Client Brief
This scheme will deliver 1,750 high-quality new homes, 700 (40%) of which are affordable housing, including 429 London affordable rent and 271 shared ownership new homes. Half of the new homes in the first phase of work will be affordable housing, with priority given to delivering those homes quickly.
Challenge
- 7-8 cranes at any one time
- Cranes cannot clash
Solution
Working with the client and our experienced CAD/Operations team, we have developed a scheme which allows all cranes to be used at the same time at varying heights. Due to the size and availability of our fleet, we have provided all cranes when required. We also utilized the new DS-61 system to ensure that all cranes do not clash and are correctly zoned.
