Client Brief
Known as Westmead, the six-storey building will seek to achieve the AECB CarbonLite™ New Build standard which is a benchmark for improved comfort, health, energy and carbon performance. It will also include improved green space for the wider community and 121 new cycle spaces.

Solution
Using specific drawings and our CAD department we found a solution where the crane would not collapse onto the railway therefore not requiring any BAPA agreement. We also have our JTL 158.6 crane which is suited for small to medium size developments giving 3.00t at 45.0m.
