Client Brief
The project involves transforming a 1990s office building near Tower Bridge into one of the UK’s most sustainable and health-focused offices. The Client will prioritize retrofitting over rebuilding, preserving the structure's embodied carbon through deep refurbishment. Two additional floors will be added, with a third floor set back to create a terrace and club room.

Solution
The client team and LTC worked to create a scheme where the building would be fitted with two cranes inside on the first phase. On phase two a crane would be erected on the core of the building to remove the cranes on the inside and finish the build.
With assistance from the mobile company and our in-house operations team we developed an install and dismantle plan that removed the need for causing disruption to the public.
