Client Brief
Our role was to construct to construct Phase 0. Phase 0 comprises the construction of two apartment blocks delivering 139 homes, a school and Church, a new road and a MUGA (Mixed Use Games Area). We started on site in December 2018 and expect to complete the works by September 2020.

By holding regular planning and pre-construction meetings with our in house department and the site team we were able to provide a scheme that suits the requirements of the railway.
